I contacted Telus in Canada, and they have no record of the phone, even looking it up with it's ID. Since it is not in there system, they could not help me. The phone was originally under Telus. I would like to change it to a USA carrier. Telus-Canada could not help. Is there a business that can remove the hard lock from the phone?
I contacted Blackberry directly they kept indicating that it is locked, but I am sure it is hard locked. They then transferred my call to Telus-Canada and they couldn't locate the ID.
I didn't get any help from Blackberry or Telus Canada. I am in the position that I just want to sell the phone as is now. I have been working on this for 5 days.
