I need a phone number to contact Blackberry support or customer service

I really need help with numerous issues I am having with my phone.  I have'nt been able to find a contact number or email address so that I can contact them directly.  Can anyone help me out?

By contract to YOU and to RIM, your mobile network provider (Verizon?) provides all front-line technical support for your BlackBerry for software and warranty issues. Any issue with which they cannot resolve, they should offer and you should request the issue be escalated up to RIM level tech support. For free.

 

Any other direct RIM support will require the pay per incident support fees.

Of course, you'll find great user to user support right here in this forum... for free. My guess is 90% of user issues can be resolved or at least give you some assistance right here.
