Hi there,
I bought my Bold 9900 15 months ago and last week my battery just started to die. I'd have it charging all day at work or all night and by the time commuted to and fro it would be dead (and yes I've done everything to perserve battery life and remove apps and I was barely using it). I'm thinking the battery is toast and will have to get a new one. I'd like to see I can get a new one with the warranty but I mistakenly through it out. I registered my phone as soon as I got it can I use this information to get a new battery?
Thank you in advance,
Angela

Give telus a ring (or go by the store) and they can help you! I don't know what the policy is, but they can at least take a look at it for you.

Quicker to just get a new battery - "Genuine battery"
most warranty on battery only last 12 Months, unless you it covered for the duration of your contract.

That's what I was thinking but I'm a little stubborn about having to spend money when a product just fails after a year.
