I've got a Blackberry Bold 9790 and just a few days ago the camera and also the video stopped working. Message that appears is"could not start the camera". I've no idea why. Anyone any ideas please?

Please go through this Knowledge Base Article and see if it helps to resolve your problem with the Camera :

KB15544 :" Could not lunch Camera application " error appears when opening the Camera on the BlackBerry smartphone.

 

If that does not help then I suggest Contact Your Carrier or service provider.
