I get the above message when i try to syncmy phone with my PC. The proceedure stops and the sync never happens. Any ideas on how i can fix this?
I tried restore, i tried delete data and sync. etc. nothing works.
I do not even know which ID already exists!

I want to sync the entire device. What really i care about is this. I do changes and/or additions on my Outlook contacts and i want these changes to be in sync with my phone device.
Also calendar entries. I have the same issue here

I would suggest you to first of all ensure BlackBerry Desktop Software is up to date.
If its already updated then try a clean uninstall of the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and reinstaling it
