ID does not work

Every time I try to do something on my BB, I enter my email and password, and I get the message 'Unable to login to your Blackberry ID account'.

 

I have changed my password several times. This does not appear to be the issue.

 

Help anyone !!

Are you able to login at www.bbid.com?

If so, have you used this exact same BBID on the device already? If you logged in with another BBID on that device you will need to wipe the device before you can log in with another BBID.

 it works on my PC just not on my phone.

How about my second question? Have you logged into the phone with another BBID?
