INTERNET DOWNLOADS

I just bought me a Blackberry 9790. I have it now for almost a month. What my problem is since having this phone I have only been able to download a movies twice. Ther server everytime tells me error. And now matter what server I use the Error Code comes up evertime. This is near **bleep** frustratrating. What is the point therein to have a latest Blackberry but cant utulise all his features. Can someone please help me in sorting out this problem.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

There are many reports of this from your region. Some have reported that, when they contact their carrier for formal support, they are told it is network congestion. But, "blame" shifts back and forth between the carriers and RIM. In any event, the only way this issue will receive adequate attention is if all who are experiencing it open a formal support ticket with their mobile service provider.

You would do that via your mobile service provider...which, according to your own profile here, is MTN.
