Hello Fellow Blackberr'ers,

   I have a question which I hope you can help me with. I have been backing up my BB 9900 since I got in and found out that somehow some of my emails were deleted a month ago. I had not noticed this or else I would have done a restore. 

     Now I have two IPD files which I want to merge together. Is there anything out there or does desktop manager allow to merge my email history?

I haven't used it in awhile, but it will let you work with those IPD files

Thanks for the link Wolf.. but doesnt not seem to work. Any other thoughts? Does RIM hvae a program or Desktop manager allow some sort of merging? I just need my emails back, nothing else.

I was able to install the app and access the merge feature.  Are you getting an error message?

Currently not getting an error message, just not sure how to get to the merge icon you mentioned.

I opened the app, opened the IPD file, clicked manipulate, choose merge.  Choose the second IPD file, click on the checkboxes you want to merge and click on the merge selected button.  After that, use the desktop manager to open the merged IPD file and do restore.

Hi Wolf,

Is it possible to give me a print screen of your program. I downloaded your link you gave me magicberry and when I load it up, all i have on the program screen are three tabs at the top: File, Options and About. I cannot check mark anything or manipulate.

I don't have it installed on this computer, but click file, open and browse to the ipd file.
