The subject message comes up on my BB bold 9900 - T-mobile. I am unable to access any function. Pulling battery, turning off etc. does not solve the problem. I can still receive phone calls but nothing else works. Has anybody experienced this same problem? Any fixes?

I read your message and i had a look on some other forums, this seemed to be the solution for a few people:
There are also some suggestions that acctivating multitap can temporarily solve the problem.

Thanks for the info I had read these suggestions also but with the error message displaying on my screen i am unable to access anything on my phone. By the same token, when I connect the phone to my computer it does not give me the usual options (charge only, USB, sync media), therefore, i am not able to access the phone functions.

I have been looking about online for you but I also can't find very much, as your case seems to be worse than anyone else's as you can't use any of the phones functions. I suggest you keep looking around, hope someone who was experienced the same problem sees this and can help you out.
