Internet and Apps don´t work anymore

Hey there,

 

since a few days I´m having the problem that my Apps (Whatsapp and a News ticker) and facebook don´t work anymore. Even if I want to visit facebook via Internet Explorer and even if I´m connected with Wires Lan. 

But after taking out the battery and starting my BB again, everthing works again.

 

I don´t know what the problem is, since I didn´t have any problems at all until a few days.

 

I hope that someone can help me :smileyhappy:

Thanks for the question.

 

Are you only experiencing trouble when you're connected via Mobile Network? Have you tried connecting to a Wi-Fi network and do you receive the same problems?

 

If the issue does persist, I would suggest trying a new SIM card from your network service provider and then monitor the issue.

thanks for your respond. 

Unfortunatelly the problem also exists when I'm connected to a WiFi network.

 

Maybe ordering a new simcard will be the best solution.
