Internet email 9650

 

Have a replacement from Verizon.  Corporate enterprise email works fine.  But can't get to Internet email accounts to reconnect to my bb.

 

Each time I attempt to log on, using same user name & PSWD that logged me on this forum, I get a msg that user name and password is incorrect.worksheet name and password work here, thenshould on my bb.  Right?

 

Wondering if the enterprise setting my be interfering with Internet email setup, or reconnecting?
