Internet stuck on "Loading"

Sometimes when I go to a www page the phone just hangs with the message at the bottom of the screen saying "Loading". The only way I have found to correct is to remove battery and replace. All works well for a period of time (sometimes hours, sometimes a day+). Any ideas?

Hey Jhoffman,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

 

Try clearing your Browser Cache and Cookies, from within the Browser press menu go to Options and then remove the battery.
