Issue in getting back the settings of blackberry device ..

hello.. i have deleted the settings from my blackberry curve 9300.. using CodeModuleManager.deleteModuleEx(handle, true);

i got the handle from application manager and now i have restored blackberry curve to factory defaults but can't make settings open .. menu-> options doen't working..

Thank u so much but now i have installed firmware for that ..... i tried everything like reseting my device through bb desktop manager... but now got os firmware installed.
