Issues in syncing outlook.com contacts

i have synced my outlook.com emails and contact to my bb9790. all the contact came to bb9790 but if i have 02 mobile numbers or 02 home numbers. it is showing only 01 Contact... 02nd mobile number not coming in bb. it is still lying there in outlook.com server..

 

Please advise..

Hello sherifali,

 

When synchronizing contacts with Outlook.com accounts only the primary phone number in the field is mapped, the second mobile number would not synchronize to the BlackBerry smartphone.

I found a solution for that,

I have adjusted my contacts as below. i can use only following category.

 

Mobile  - ok

Home - ok

Work  - ok

Mobile 2  - will not sync

Home 2 - will not sync

Work2 - will not sync

Company - will not sync

Pager - ok

Work fax  - Ok

Home fax - ok
