I was able to access WLAN alone without BIS/BES on OS 220.127.116.115. But today I have upgraded the device software to 18.104.22.16849 and find that the WLAN stopped working. It is able to find and connect to my home wireless router but in troubleshoot->WIFI Diagnostics, I find the IP address is 0.0.0.0. The router is working fine as am able to connect a laptop to access internet. On the router I am able to see the mobile device MAC being assigned an IP.
Can someone help me with WLAN/WI-FI issue? The device is an unlocked T-Mobile presently on Vodafone India. Has lite version of internet access with mail and messenger access (BBPL).

I would suggest performing a backup of your BlackBerry smartphone then reloading the software as shown in the article below:
