JVM ERROR 545

I have the jvm error 545, but can i fix it without wiping my phone?

phew!! I cannot confirm on you that since I've never faced such an inquiry even from customers.. but so far I've heard that you cannot recover without updating the OS..

 

but, you can atleast try backing-up the device using bb desktop manager & then update the os.. ::Innocent:

THAT'S THE PROBLEM HAHAHHA,

I don't know how to make a back-up while having the error !
