Hi, my BB 9900 is not working for 10days now. I've tried everything possible to reset it to no avail; took it to the service provider but they said I need to back up the memory on my laptop. I've tried backing it up but can't, what can I do????????? I don't want to loss my babys pictures in particular on the memory .

You will probably lose the picture on the device memory, an earlier backup would have been in order.
If you have a media card, remove it to save pictures on it.
To fix the device, read and follow these directions.

Remove the media card. Get a SDHC card adapter for your PC and read the card directly to your PC and copy them off of the media card.
