Keyboard Not Working

Have a bb bold 9900 I key hasn't been working for a month, haven't been able to take it into bell yet Now I checked my phone the other day after about an hour of not using it and I was able to send a text then the phone would freeze, now I can't unlock the phone because no buttons on the keyboard work, neither does the unlock button now... Please help
