the Korean input language is bundled in OS released with the mention "Multi-Language" or "All Language". You need to find one (for example from Vodafone), and install that OS on your computer.
Then use the Desktop Software toload that OS to your device. At some point you will be able to choose Korean as input language, in addition to English.
if you decide to download an OS that is not from your carrier, you will have to locate all the files named vendor.xml and delete them prior to loading the OS on your phone.
