Hello!

I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

  • KB17877 How to start a BlackBerry smartphone in Safe Mode

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.

Good luck and let us know!

"Not working"...hmmm...can you perhaps help me just a little bit more so that I can perhaps have a chance at understanding? From those few words, I cannot tell if you succeeded at getting into Safe Mode yet the behavior did not change, or if you were unsuccessful at getting into Safe Mode at all. Please understand that I cannot see what you see...I depend totally on your words to help me understand. And my understanding is critical to providing you with useful guidance. So I need you to help me so that I can help you.

Thanks.

I did the save mode. On the top it was saying save mode. But then its reboting again. It funny but if u put on charger it will not reboot so much. 2times maybe.also put my battery out for an hour. But no luck.

OK, thank you.

Assuming your issue is not hardware (which is impossible to diagnose at an internet-distance), your next steps will be these rather drastic recovery attempts:

Hopefully you already have a good backup, as it is unlikely you'll be able to take one now.

If the problem is hardware, then of course there is nothing we can offer you to try...only in-hand evaluation by a qualified BB hardware technician could give you a proper diagnosis and estimate of a hardware issue.

Good luck!
