Dear J Sanders, Hi, You seems to have a good technical knowledge of Blackberry bold 9780, i am stuck on some problems with my phone, see if you can help me out.

1. Blackberry Apps world: i am not able to locate my blackberry Apps world icon, previously i have used it but from somt time i am not able to locate it in my phone. i have downloaded/replaced it many a time and all the time it shows me download done and phone was restarted but still problem not resolved. i have done following steps which gives me no result for all my problems is:

I) Battery pull for 40 sec. and restarted.

ii) data wipe

iii) reseted phone to factory default.

2. In the same way i have downloaded Whats App. but it shows me Whats app Verify error.

Thanks in advance... any one can help

Info: i am using Blackberry 9780 smartphone (3G, wifi) 6.0 bundle 863 (v6.0.0.285, platform 6.5.0.54) 

Kindly do inform if any more info is required

I can not open a pdf file, the file is just a blank page, how or is there an opening pdf file that can be downloaded for free? Thnx; p

Is your 9780 on OS version 6? It comes included with a free PDFtoGo application.

My os v6.0 bundle 2949 after update from previous os 6.0 bundle 2115,and after update software pdftogo not working;p

Is PDFtoGo actually installed on the device? If so, does it give any kind of error message when you try to use it? "Its not working" doesn't tell us enough to help you.

Yes its installed but not working before update software its working;
