Look at Options > Device > Applications.

Is it a LARGE size PDF file?

DocsToGo 2.0005.096 cz if I installed DocToGo 2.0005.105 an email excel attachment can't open;

This problem occur after I update software from 6.0 bundle 2115 to 6.0 bundle 2949,I update software cz I can't setup email again,now i can setup email account but can't open pdf file;

Can you try opening a different PDF file?
