Latest software update problem

Earlier this week, I updated the latest software to by Bold 9900 which took about 2 hours.  Now, I am unable to see any pictures that are posted by members of my bbm groups.  I get the text message, but no picture shows up that they had posted.

 

Can someone help me fix this ?

Why not try to delete the BBM
And then proceeds to re-install
