Re: Led problem

I would first suggest uninstalling Advance OS and LED application and see if the LED works correctly again.

Re: Led problem

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Now, check the LED again.

Re: Led problem

Then you might want to check this Self Test procedure to see it it is hardware.

Using the Self Test application on the BlackBerry smartphone

You really only need to run the LED tests to check if you're other colors work.

Re: Led problem

I've removed the battery again, the led is still blue and also red. Then I've followed each steps of the test, evrythings work correctly even the led (each letters made a différent color). when I've finished the test, there is no change. So I give up. Thx for the help

Re: Led problem

So now, all of the time, the LED remains on or blinks blue and red?

OK, let me try to understand... the red and blue LED blinks WHILE the battery is removed, while it is OUT of the device?
