Locked keyboard in Blue tooth mode

My blackberry bold keyboard is locked and it will not let me type my password?  There is a blue light in the upper right corner of the phone indicating it's in blue tooth mode. Any way to help unlock keyboard to change settings?

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

Is your BlackBerry Bold smartphone currently paired with a Bluetooth enabled device? I would recommend removing and reinserting your battery to try to unlock the keyboard.
