Locked phone.

I have BlackBerry Bold 9900. I forgot my password. After trying it several times, it locked me out requesting me to supply PUK Code (10 left). I need help to unlock Please

Were you able to retrieve all your data? I have the same problem and have tried 8 out of 10 times: I have too much data on my Bold 9780 to lose. Please help. I am in Ghana, West Africa.

I went to my carrier yesterday and they thought my problem was a locked or blocked SIM so they tried to unlock it; but i told them it was my device that was locked. What i want to know is if they use my PUK code, can they unlock my device and help me SAVE all my data?

Not sure, but I would let them take another look.  If its a device password, the store won't be able to help you.  If its a PUK code, they can assist.
