Logging on with new SIM card

My old phone screen broke so I transferred data to my daughter's unused Bold 9900, and inseted my old SIM card. I get the screen asking me for my Blackberry ID. It doesn't like MY id, I've tried resetting the password and still cannot get in.

Any ideas how to reset the BBRY ID sign in?

Welcome to Support Forums

 

It is not asking for your BlackBerry ID but the BlackBerry that is already associated with that device , On our BlackBerry we can add or associate one BBID at a time , As you are the second user so please follow this KB , afetr a security wipe you can use your own BlackBerry ID on that device .
