Lost Bold 3 archived on BB Protect - Can it be restored

Hi,

 

I lost my phone outside my country. I logged in to blackberry protect for the first time to check the location, lock & wipe data. However, erroneously I archived the phone. Now I am unable to locate the phone, nor lock or wipe the data. Is there anyway possible I can get the phone restored on BB protect & do all the above actions. Alternatively, can RIM or anyone do this?

 

Please help my hone contains sensitive data.

Hello,

There is no supported way to do so. If the BlackBerry smartphone is archived in order to restore it you would need to log in to BlackBerry Protect from that BlackBerry smartphone.
