I hope someone can help me.  I have recently lost my contacts icon/folder and have tried several methods to restore it via searching the internet but to no avail.  I am not a "super" user of this phone so don't really know if I did something to cause this loss.  Is there anyway to retrieve the folder?

The Contacts folder on your phone is part of the core OS, so reloading the OS is recommended.  To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Once your phone has connected, click Device at the top of the software then Restore.  Choose a recent restore point and load it.  If you don't have any restore points, click Device then Update.  From there, click to update your OS (if an update is offered) or click View Other Versions and choose the one with Currently Installed beside it.
