I have just taken delivery of my new BB Bold 9900. I have several email accounts that I use including hotmail and a couple of other business email accounts. I have successfully set up the profiles on my new BB and have been running a few tests to make sure all is working ok as email on the go is critical to my business.
Here's the thing - I send say 3 test emails and only 2 of them arrive on Blackberry. However, all messages are delivered successfully onto my desktop. So my Blackberry appears to be losing email along the way.
Any ideas how I can prevent this ?
