I no longer can log in facebook it keep saying "please connect to wireless networks"even though im already connected. It is also hard to browse facebook in browser. and also i no longer receiving any friend request in bbm.

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

I did pull out the battery but still nothing does happen

Please help me to fix this...,,If I was'nt able to solve this problem I really can say that Blackberry Smartphone is the most worst of all Smartphone!

You're not connected to the BlackBerry Internet Service, so you can't really do anything, and it's not the device's fault.

First, identify the device: which BlackBerry device are you using?
Second, identify the software: which version of BlackBerry 6 did you use?
Third, identify the network: are you certain that you have registered for a BIS data plan with your carrier after the upgrade?

Dude, be nice. I am trying to help you. I don't know what all you've previously done, so if I ask you to do something, just do it again.

Don't blame BlackBerry for you're telling us very little information about what your issue is and what you've done. Perhaps if we aren't able to solve this problem I really can say that BlackNite is the worst of all users!"

There are probably several hundred posts in this forum alone recommending that users NOT upgrade the 9700 to OS6. It just doesn't play well on the 9700, leaving very little memory space and causing a number of issues including lag and slowness.

So, downgrade to and stay on OS5 for the 9700.
