MOBILE NETWORK NOT WORKING -.-

I CANT TURN ON THE MOBILE NETWORK IN MY BOLD 9900

 

I RUN A DIAGNOSTICS TEST AND MY RADIO DATA SAID NO

 

MAYBE THE INTERNAL ANTENNA IS NOT WORKING HOW CAN I KNOW ?

 

SOMEBODY HELP ME ...

Check if the data network is ON. Go to Options>Network and Connections>Mobile Network>Data Services ON.

As far as I understand you don't have data services is that right? Sorry if sound stupid but do you have a blackberry data plan?

I USING THE SIM CARD IN MY TORCH 9810

 

IN THE BOLD 9900 I JUST CANT TURN ON MY MOBILE NETWORK

 

WIFI  WORKS

 

BLUETOOTH WORKS

 

WHAT CAN I DO TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG?

Right!
Try to register host routing table. It is in Options>Advanced System Settings>Host routing table, then click on the menu, choose Register and wait for a confirmation email.

I cant do it

Registration message queued it will be sent once data coverage is available.

What else can i do?
