MY 9780 keeps disconnecting while on 3G

My bold 9780 since i purchased it one year ago i can't use 3G connection as the service(internet) keeps disconnecting

and when i want to reconnect i have to switch to 2G only i have updated my software sevral times any ideas ???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:catmad:

switch it to 2g & 3g, it will search for 3g signal and connect when one is there, when you are out of range from 3g, it'll auto switch to 2g. depending where you are and how good the signal is, depends on how good the signal is.

This maybe a network issue. Best contact them and see if there's anything that can be done. Also check around a see which network has the best reception in your area. As it might be better switching.

the funny thing i i work with the operator so it is not an operator issue
