MY 9930 DOWNLOADS SCREEN KEEPS FREEZING! [[HELPPP!]]

can anyone tell me why my bold 9930 downloads screen keeps freezing everytime i try to download something from the browser???!! it asks me if i would like to save the file, i rename it, save it and when it should go to the downloads screen it just freezes on the previous window opened from the download link. I rub around my trackpad and screen to try to get some reaction and it comes up but completely disoriented and very unresponsive. i dont have any idea why this happens. can anyone help me??

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Once you have backed up your BlackBerry smartphone please follow the link below to complete a clean reload of the BlackBerry smartphone software.
