Mass storage ON

Hi,

I got this new BB Bold 9780. But whenevr i connect it tot my laptop to sync it automatically starts the sync. I took some photos and wnated to download it into my Laptop. But my Mass storage is not getting ON.. The forum says get the Mass storage ON. But how to get the mass storage On..That nobody explains.

Please somebody let me know how to switch On the mass stoarge and connect to the Laptop.

I am using BB Bold 9780 on Bell connectivity and Ver 6.0 bundle 863

Hiya!

 I'm not overly familiar with 6.0

but try this.

1. On the Home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
2. Click Device.
3.Click Storage.
4. Make sure the box marked "Media Card Support" is checked.
