i dont understand what you mean when you say 'Get an PC > USB adaptor' and 'software Zero Assumption Recovery on the card to extract'

Is everyone expected to understand what all of that means?

please help me, i have had 2000+ pictures 472 songs and 20 videos deleted!

Get a USB SD card adapter to insert the MicroHCSD media card into, and then insert connect that to your PC. You can find that at many electronics stores.

 

The software Zero Assumption Recovery can be easily found using a Google searchon the internet.

I am facing exactly the same problem, even inserted a new sD card, but the problem persists. Please help with a solution.
