Please help.  I cannot access my pictures and Music from the Media folder.  I can only see them whem I go to Applications/files/device/user/pictures.  How can I change this? I've tried to take battery out, reinstall software. Please help, thanks.

Please change to a default theme if you are using a theme. Can't you see the icons or it doens't load at all?

Goodmorning Ron,

Thank you for your response, I've changed to a default theme, but it is still not working.  I can see the Icons in the Media folder, but when I open it, there is no music of no pictures inside the folders.  I can only access my pictures and music if I go to Application/files/device/ (then I have to select "show hidden") then /users/home/music or pictures.  Even if I take pictures with the camera, it is stored only in the application files and not under media. Please reboot the phone after switching it back to default.

Have you tried seaching it in other folders in your homescreen?

No, only under that Applications, and then that file cabinet icon. And then same path as above?
