Memory card data lost

User's comments: Help me please!!!! I'm not able to see any media or memory card contents (eg. Pictures, songs, voice notes etc) that are saved in my memory card storage. However, when I check the memory status, the card seems occupied with the memory consumed by this files. I do not want to loose these files as they are very important to me. This is indeed very disappointing and soul-crushing. Please look into this at the earliest.

Hello,

Have you tried restarting your BlackBerry smartphone? Make sure it is not connected to a computer when you are checking for these files. Try to go to Media-menu key-explorer to see if you can view these files.
