Memory on OS6 9700 running decrease

Hi,

I have upgraded OS5 to OS6 for 9700, but device memory running decrease from 40% to 90% sometimes after around 6 hours.

So far I hard reset by putting out battery. Device memory getting back to 40% but it always running decrease to 90%.

Please help.
