Message Display

Have just received BB - my first Blackberry. Can anyone tell me if it is possible for SMS messages inbox to be displayed when I click on the messages icon. At present, if I receive a message and I click on this icon it says "no messages" so I have to go into the menu and scroll to the inbox. I know there is a keyboard shortcut to open the folder but woud really like to see the messages when I access the messages icon if possible.

Thanks

Re: Message Display

In your main Messages folder, press Menu > Options > General Options > Seperate Email and SMS Folder = NO.

That way, your SMS message will be found in the main Messages folder.

Re: Message Display

Thanks a lot for your help.  The menus are a little different in the Blackberry Bold but from what you said I was easily able to work out the amendments necessary.

Thanks again

You are welcome. I, too, am using a Bold and the menu settings are just as stated above, except "SMS and Email inboxes = Seperate" would be correct.
