MicroSDHC Cards

Which microSDHC cards work with the Bold and which ones don't?  I just got a great deal on a Kingston 8GB class 4 card.  I was reading that there are different classes and the classes determine the speed at which data is read.  I'm hoping to use my Bold as a music player and want to fill up the card with 7+ gigs of mp3's.  Which cards are you guys using and which cards won't work?

You can check which OS you're running by going to Options | About.

Re: MicroSDHC Cards

Thanks for the link.  How do you update the device software?  I see my device software says it is version 4.2.1 and I need to update to 4.3.0 or 4.5.0

How do I find out if my card is SD 2.0?  There is nothing on the packaging.

Re: MicroSDHC Cards

You have a Bold and the OS only shows as 4.2??

Here's a guide that walks through the process of updating the OS.

The capacity of the SD card is on the packaging it came it or on the card itself sometimes. If it doesn't and you have a card reader you can connect the card to your PC and check it's properties to find the size.

Re: MicroSDHC Cards

I don't have a Bold as of yet.  I am planning to purchase one this month.  I'm still using the Pearl.  I tired updating the device software to 4.5 but failed.
