Hi both myself and my wife have recently got new Blacberry Bold phones. Our problem is we cannot both receive emails, it will only let us put emails on one device at a time. Each time we get a message saying that only as both devices are registered on the same Blackberry ID, we cannot get emails to both phones which seems crazy. Does anyone know a simple way around this?
We did not have a problem with our older Blackberries so we have never come across this before. We both need to access our emails but have tried everything to know avail.

Do you get the same message if you try to setup email this way?
From the device go to blackberry.com/integrate
and see if you can setup your email from there.
Can you register for a seperate ID on one of the blackberries? Are you trying to use the same email address on both devices?
