Music won't work

When I try to play my music on my phone all that comes up is an error message. It says that it is unable to play the song, and it does that for all the songs, not just a few. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are the songs in one of the formats that is compatible with BlackBerry? Can you play other media files (videos, youtube, etc...)

The songs worked perfectly before, this just happened and I can not play any other media files.

Hello, I fixed my problem by taking out the battery while the phone is still on, then putting it back in. After that all the songs worked fine. Hope this helped.
