My Audi In-car bluetooth phone system won't register the sim card no.s

Had a treo 680 previously, it paired adn registered teh sim card numbers in the dash.  The BB Bold doesn't see to be able to link the sim card no.s with the dash of my A4 B7 Avant?  

 

any ideas why?  thank you.

This problem can be fix easy to Audi car wich have MMI by updating the soft.

I think on A4 you have RNSE not MMI.
