My BB 9780 doesn´t see any sim-card

Hi guys,

 I don't know whats happened but my phone doesn´t see any sim-card. All services of bb continue working but in *none* mobile network. 

Do you have some ideas?

Is your device working earlier ? from where you get that device is it new or an used one ?

Yeah, it was working during 1,5 year without any problems. I bought a new one.

You mean only BlackBerry Internet services are not working ?In that situation have you call your service provider to know about the issue ?

Meanwhile  try a battery pull restart , also try removing  and re-inseting your SIM card .

No, internet sevices are working. But nobody can call me and I can´t call anybody. Looks like I don´t have covering of any operator. 

At first I thought  that´s smth happened with sim card but I inserted it in other phone and it works. So I tried everything

                     You mean you are able to use BlackBerry Services like BBM, Facebbok  ,Emails etc, but you are not allowed any Voice level services ! In that situation I think it might happen unless you have any  Software or a Hardware issue within your device , So to rule out any Software issue you can try reloading your Device Software but  if that fails then you have to Contact any repair shop  for further help . You can refer to this Knowledge Base to reload your device software :
