My BB bold 9780 is unable to make or receive calls when on the 2G network though the data works ok via Edge and I can browse, receive corporate mail etc. When I switch to the 3G network it receives and makes calls OK..

Network related issues are best handled by your wireless service provider, I would suggest contacting your wireless service provider for further investigation into this matter.

Thanks -I am pretty sure this is not a network problem as I have the same issue No matter what network I use the phone on. I have inserted sim cards from 3 different networks so far with same problem. when I use my sim from the BB on other phones 3g and 2g work perfectly.
