when the data saves during the upgrade process, the communication stop when it is trying to save smart card option. I 've let it go until my battery was discharge even if it was plugged to my laptop... I tried it many times.... If I unplug the device cause I'm fed-up to wait, my battery become very hot and discharge very fast...... What could be the problem ????
