My Bb BoLd 9900 WoNt load

my bb bold 9900 will not load up, its gets to 3 quarters ofthe way andfreezes   i have tried everything i can find onlinebut still no luck.  i have used bb sak  completly wiped my device and restored os7 my device then turned on  but shortly after turned itself of and  contiued to not load HELP.

Yes i get the booting bar which will only load 3quarters of the way

Please try to boot handheld in Safe Mode

Actually in Safe Mode, 3rd party apps don't start iself, it will clear you better, if you read given doc in my previous post.
This means there is any 3rd party app which is creating issue, so request you to un-install recently installed 3rd Party app or all 3rd party app and observe your handheld by booting in normal mode.
Further we may install these apps one by one in a day gap to observe, exactly which app is creaing issue.
