My Black Berry Bold 9000 Not Working with BIS

hello. my Black berry Bold 9000 is not working with BIS, but i browse with my  credit. when i remove the sim and put it inside my friend's phone it works with his phone.

I will try it. But my BB is bought from China, i asked the person that repair mobile phone,  h told me that the may be the BB has been Locked.
