Dear all,
I hope this is the best subforum to post in - at least the BlackBerry customer support email seems to be out of service... (got an automated reply...)
Anyway: As I recently upgraded to a Bold 9900 I wanted to log into my.blackberry again and well, I can't...
I have tried several browsers, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera - none works - clicking "Go" just isn't accepted...
I know I am in the system and haven't been deleted as I can reset my password - and I have done so several times to ensure I'm typing in the right one. Interestingly enough it will react if I input the wrong password, but is unresponsive when I input the correct password.
Any help would be appreciated with this - my username is the same, and my email is also the same as on the support forum here.
Many thanks ![]()
Kind regards
Detlev

Hey DetlevCM,
Welcome to the forums.
If you are referring to the my.BlackBerry community then please know that this community is no longer up and running. I think you may however be referring to your BlackBerry ID. Can you please confirm the issue you are having and where you are trying to login?
Thanks.

Hello
I believe I might suffering from the same issue.
I recently upgraded from the 9700 to 9900, all ok, but when I try to login in to App. World / Protect etc with my Blackberry Id. I am told incorrect login.
From my PC it works fine, but from the device it doesn't.
Ive tryed reseting my password, from both my device and PC, but neither seems to work.
Any ideas or advice would be appreciated.

Hello.
i did fix the Blackberry ID problem.
it works 100%
first u have to backup all your data such as contacts / settings
from your device do the following:
Option >>> Security>>> Security wipe
it may take an 40min or so, make sure your battery is full, or keep your phone on charger
this will restore device into a factory default OS.
then u may restore your contacts and ur setting.
by doing this, u will be able to use bbm service and app world.
and you can Login to Blackberry ID by your BB9900.
Hope i helped.
